This account combines the convenience of a current account with the interest yield of a saving account.
Features:
- Minimum initial opening balance of N10,000 with minimum daily balance of N1,000
- Allows third party withdrawal by issued leaflets payable at GTSL branches (across the counter only)
- Accept lodgement of cheques and dividend warrants.
- Allows not more than 3 withdrawals a month (to attract interest monthly)
- The withdrawal leaflets cannot be presented through clearing
Benefits:
- Interest rate of 3% p.a
- A COT 4/mille shall apply for cumulative withdrawals in a month above
- Balance above N500,000 over a 6 months period attract an additional rate
